Jesus said, "Let the little children come to Me, and do not forbid them; for of such is the kingdom of heaven” Mat. 19:14.
Karen: As I was growing up, Sabbath was always the best day of the week. My favorite memories of Sabbath school are the times when we acted out Bible stories. In the Primary division, I try to replicate what meant so much to me, by making Bible stories come alive and making Sabbath fun. Our mission is to teach kids how important it is to hide the word of God in their hearts and know Jesus as their best friend.
I enjoy nature and being outdoors, good books, and travel, but the most rewarding thing I have ever done is inspire young people to love the Lord their God with all their hearts…and their neighbor as themselves (Matthew 22:37-39). People are the only treasure we can bring with us to heaven, and children who love their Redeemer are precious jewels, the gems for His crown.
